Steel Bridge

Our Bridge Team

Steel Bridge is a structural competition tasking students to create a functional steel bridge that must be welded and designed from scratch. Our steel bridge team has competed in the AISC Student Steel Bridge Competition (SSBC) since 2012. In 2016, the team placed 8th out of 18 schools in the Pacific Southwest Region. In 2018, the team had a CSUF record placement at 6th overall. We continue to grow and learn from our previous generations, and we seek to build a culture that encourages teamwork and learning.
